Attention customers, we are currently in the process of improving our services and our game templates. The demand for our products is growing really fast so we have had to raise prices a little bit on our products’ regular licenses so that our team can keep up.

As the owner of Action Studios, I want to make sure you all are getting the proper support for any issues you are currently facing. Any technical and game design-related questions and issues you have must be sent to our lead developer’s email address: [email protected]

Because of our limited staffing and time zone differences, please give us up to 36 hours after we receive your inquiry to respond back.

If our lead developer responded and your problems were still not resolved or you were unhappy with the customer service received, you can reach out to me (the company owner) at [email protected] and I will try to address those issues for you myself or issue a full refund if need be.

Here on Envato, a Regular License grants you the right to use each included game template on a single end product in which end users are NOT charged for. If you would like to charge users on the end product, you will need to purchase our Extended License, which is considerably more expensive.

Regular License:

Purchasers of our Regular License are entitled to one week of restricted support after the date of purchase. Restricted support means that we shall only reply to basic questions and respond only with basic answers (similar to an FAQ question and answer format) as well as the following below.

Restricted support also grants Regular License users unlimited fixes for any reccurring bugs and glitches they may encounter on their purchased project(s) during this time (bug fix updates are free, and the most frequently asked-for resolutions may be publicly displayed here on the FAQ section as reference for other customers).

Extended License:

Purchasers of our Extended License are entitled to 6 months of VIP support after the date of purchase. VIP support means that we will respond to ANY questions you may have regarding the project(s) you have bought, be it advertising-related, marketing-related, technical-related, or graphics-related, without limit, for the duration of those 6 months, as well as the following below.

Just like with restricted support, VIP support also grants Extended License users unlimited fixes for any reccurring bugs and glitches they may encounter on their purchased project(s) during that time period and VIP support also gives Extended License users:

– 1 major graphical change (aesthetic reskin) for each game project included
– 1 major interface change (UI mods) for each game project included
– 1 major gameplay change (gameplay mods) for each game project included
– 3 major core changes total for each game project included

Please keep in mind that it may take up to one week (per number of apps requested) to apply the requested VIP modifications, and an additional week (per number of apps requested) to help you with publishing them to the app stores with ads and in-app purchases included. Please be patient with this as this is a process.

After we apply those requested modifications to your app(s), only ONE additional minor revision (per number of apps requested) is granted for the same app(s) from that point forward with no more revisions accepted after that point.

Promotion and marketing is the sole responsibility of the Extended License holder. We do not promote or market these apps for you, but we can answer any questions you may have about it and suggest ideas for you try.

Please also note that after the 6-month VIP support period, all VIP support from that point forward will stop and cease, unless we manage to establish a trusted business relationship together in that time span and we have agreed to continue working together with our contracts, terms, and conditions settled by that point.

I would suggest having all of your desired changes planned out beforehand so that we can begin making those changes the moment you purchase the Extended License with the included VIP support.
