It’s a simple Apps Manager. It can be useful to manage all installed and system apps on the device. Apps separated by two tabs that can be swiped horizontally. By tap on the item in the list you can see full app information. After long press on the item in the list appears menu with additional actions such as: go to app page on Google Play, get APK of the app if possible, uninstall the app. Also you can quickly find needed app in the list using text search.
