Slotara is a self-hosted, multi-tenant appointment booking SaaS for salons, clinics, gyms, tutors, consultants, studios and any business that takes bookings by the hour. One installation runs your own booking platform: onboard unlimited businesses, sell subscription plans, and give every business its own branded booking page, staff calendar, online payments and admin panel. Built on Laravel 12, Filament 5 and Livewire 3.

New in 1.8: update Slotara in one click from the admin panel, install official add-ons as they are released (the Invoices add-on is free), sell add-ons on your subscription plans, and build your own modules without touching Slotara’s code.

Features at a Glance

• One-click updates (new in 1.8): new versions install from System → License & Updates. Every release is signature-checked, changed files are backed up first, and anything that fails is rolled back automatically.
• Add-on modules (new in 1.8): install official free and paid add-ons as they are released, switch them on and off, update or uninstall them with the data kept. Sell them on your plans or grant one to a single business. A failing module only switches itself off.
• Free Invoices add-on (new in 1.8): bookings are invoiced automatically, businesses add tax and create invoices by hand, and customers get a print-ready invoice at a private link.
• Build your own modules (new in 1.8): add business pages, admin pages, public pages, booking hooks and scheduled tasks without editing Slotara, starting from the downloadable example module and the Module Development guide.
• Booking wizard: service, provider, date and time, details, confirm. Live slot engine, group bookings with seat capacity, virtual sessions with Google Meet, custom questions, iCal invites and self-service cancellation.
• Resell it as a SaaS: subscription plans with trials, provider and booking limits, monthly and yearly prices, billed with Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Paddle or Paystack.
• Super Admin: manage and impersonate businesses with an audit log, platform stats, email and SMS templates, CMS pages, security settings, GDPR export and database backup.
